Photographing newborn twins is one of the most magical experiences we get to be a part of here at Level 11 Photography. There’s something so special about capturing the unique bond between two tiny new arrivals – and we absolutely love creating timeless portraits that families will treasure forever.
As a husband and wife team, Russ and I work together to ensure your session runs smoothly from start to finish. With two sets of experienced hands, we’re able to gently pose and care for both babies with ease, ensuring everyone is safe, calm, and happy throughout. That extra pair of hands makes a world of difference when it comes to working with twins – it means one of us is always fully focused on baby safety while the other can work the camera, adjust props, or soothe a sleepy little one.
One of the biggest advantages of booking a studio session with us is space. Our studio in Ramsgate is beautifully set up for newborns – and there’s plenty of room for everything we need. From posing pillows to soothing sounds, we’ve got it all ready and waiting. We’ve curated a large selection of outfits, wraps, and props especially for twins, so we can create harmonious or contrasting looks depending on your style. And if there’s something you’ve seen that you’d love us to include – just ask! We’re always happy to source specific items to help bring your vision to life.
We also love including siblings, parents, and even grandparents – the more, the merrier! A studio session gives your whole family the chance to be part of the experience, and there’s a calm, cosy environment where everyone can relax and enjoy the magic of those early days.
Most importantly, safety is always our number one priority. We’re fully trained in newborn safety and take extra care when posing twins, especially in those beautiful curled-up poses where they’re snuggled together. Every pose is done with baby comfort in mind, and we never rush – we follow your babies’ lead every step of the way.
And just so you know – we never charge extra for photographing twins. Whether you’re welcoming one baby or two, we believe every family deserves the same beautiful experience.
