Family Portrait Session including a 16×12″ mounted gift print or £50 toward packages

Up to an hour or so in our harbourside studio (which can accommodate up to about 20 people!) where we’ll shoot a variety of creative, relaxed portraits of your family, extended or multi-generation family. Can also be used for friend groups, sports teams, clubs etc. It’s your studio time to use as you wish!

Level 11 Photography – Voucher Terms & Conditions

When you purchase a voucher from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Voucher value

• Vouchers hold no monetary value and can’t be exchanged for cash.

• Vouchers are non-refundable, except in specific circumstances at our discretion.

2. Using your voucher

• Only one voucher can be used per session or per pregnancy.

• Multiple vouchers cannot be used for the same session unless they are monetary-value vouchers purchased separately.

• Session vouchers cannot be applied to sessions that have already been pre-booked.

• You must tell us at the time of booking if you intend to use a voucher.

3. Valid dates

• These vouchers are valid for sessions taking place in 2026 only, as our diary for 2025 is now fully booked.

4. Dispatch and collection

• All vouchers will be sent out as a physical voucher in a presentation pack.

• The final date for vouchers to be sent via First Class Royal Mail is 20th December. All purchases must be made by 12 midday to ensure dispatch.

• The final date for studio collection is 20th December at 12 midday, when the studio closes.

5. General

• By redeeming a voucher, you agree to all booking and studio policies in place at the time of your session.

• Lost or damaged vouchers can only be replaced at our discretion.
