A £30 refundable booking deposit secures your session within our diary and is fully refunded back to you when you attend your newborn session at the studio.
Our May and June Calendar is almost full. If you’re due then or your baby has already arrived and you can’t find a date on the calendar — text us now on 07794 929522 with your due date. We’ll reply with current options from our diary. Dates are going fast, and the only way to see our most up-to-date availability for this month is by sending a quick text.

Terms and Conditions – Your Baby Club Voucher
1. Your voucher can only be used for one session and cannot be used across multiple sessions.
2. The voucher has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
3. Your voucher includes a free full photography session and a 10×8 mounted gift print.
4. Digital files are not included with the voucher but can be purchased separately from the price list at your viewing session.
5. The voucher cannot be used for mini-sessions. It is valid only for our full sessions.
6. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or voucher.
7. Only one voucher per due date may be redeemed.
8. Bookings are not guaranteed until the refundable deposit has been paid.
9. Deposits are fully refundable upon attendance at your session.
10. Should you wish to cancel your session, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to allow us to rebook the slot.
11. Cancellations made within 7 days of your session will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
12. If you need to reschedule your session, this can be done once using your existing deposit. Any further rescheduling will require a new deposit to be paid.
13. Your voucher may be used for one of the following session types: Maternity Session, Newborn Session, Little Sitter Session, Cake Smash Session, or Family Session.
14. Please note that for the purposes of this voucher, both Maternity and Little Sitter sessions are classed as full sessions and will therefore follow the full session price list.
